CONTACT

Although every page should contain your address, phone number, and email address, the Contact page may contain a map, driving directions, and a Feedback Form.

FEEDBACK FORM

A customized Feedback Form allows your prospective customers to request information from your web site.  You may collect their contact information and get permission to "opt-in" to your email list.

The About Us page gives you a page to introduce your staff, give the company history, define your business principles and goals.
